veg

i've decided to try being a vegetarian. i suck at eating for the most part, and i feel like this will help me be more conscious of what i put into my body, and in turn, help me to live a healthier life. however, its only been 3 days and i already miss meat terribly... this doesn't bode well.

    I think this is great! I've been experimenting back and forth with veganism and vegetarianism. Eliminating most processed foods and red meats and substituting those with fresh vegetables is hard at first, but leaves you feeling amazing, AND I've already lost over 20 lbs!! Good luck!
